The reservation of ski passes and ski equipment demands full pre payment with us up to 10 days before your arrival.

The prices applied are preferential rates and therefore subject to conditions:

No refunds possible during your stay for packages.

No refunds possible on ski passes due to the weather conditions less than 7 days before your departure.

No refunds possible for ski equipment during your stay except in the following cases:

Injury resulting in the inability to ski (upon proof of a medical certificate)
Interruption of your stay due to cause of: death, hospitalization, etc.

The customer will not be able to claim any refund during their stay in the following cases:

Modification for cheaper material or cancellation of the boots
Modification of the rental period
